Transportation Options to the Phoenix Open
To accommodate any group’s needs, we have two ways to reserve transportation to the Waste Management Phoenix Open.
Point-to-point transfers: If you are needing a morning drop off and an afternoon pickup, point-to-point transfers in a party bus is a great option. Transfers are direct trips from one location to another; we can pickup at a hotel or residence, take your group to the event, and return later in afternoon. Due to traffic and congestion during this busy week in Phoenix, we do have set timeslots for transfers each date. Hourly charters: Does your group want to head to or leave the Open at different times during the day? Reserve one of our Executive vehicles for an hourly charter to keep the vehicle and driver with you all day! (Hourly charters are subject to hourly minimums.) Because the vehicle is schedule to stay with your group for the day, guests can safely leave belonging on board between trips. With an hourly charter, you can direct the driver as needed and make multiple trips to and from the event throughout your reserved timeframe. This is an especially great option for large corporate groups to give each guest the chance to choose their schedule for the day.
Birds Nest Transportation
Make the most of this annual event by continuing the fun into the evening with an evening charter! Check out the popular Birds Nest and catch a concert following your exciting day at the course! If you reserved a transfer to the Phoenix Open in the morning, make your return trip transportation an hourly charter instead, and we can make multiple stops before heading to the concert. If you skipped the day’s events but have tickets to the Birds Nest, give your group a relaxing evening and reserve a party bus to get you to and from the concert safely. *A 4-hour minimum applies to evening charters.

Concert in the Coliseum Transportation
Don’t forget to kick off the start of the WMO with the Concert in the Coliseum on Saturday, February 3! Located on the 16th hole fairway, the concert will headline Post Malone this year. As the concert is a 21+ event, celebrate responsibly by reserving a party bus to take your group to and from the event.
