We are based in the Phoenix area and service the state of Arizona. Most trips are in Scottsdale, Tempe, Mesa, Chandler, Gilbert, Glendale, Peoria, Goodyear and other surrounding cities. We also service Sedona, Flagstaff and Tucson. Our charter buses are frequently rented to do out of state trips taking guests from Arizona locations to destinations like Disneyland or Las Vegas. We offer 14 passenger Executive Sprinters, 20 passenger Mini Coach, 40 passenger Coaches, and 50 passenger Charter Buses. The choice depends on your group size and preferences. Reach out on live chat or by phone to check availability for your Event Date!
We offer both point to point transfers or hourly charters. A point to point transfer is great for an airport to hotel trip or a group golf outing. We also offer out of town charter bus rentals. We can create a custom quote for your Disneyland trip or Grand Canyon tour!
Amenities can vary by bus type, but standard amenities include comfortable seating, air conditioning, an emergency use restroom, and storage space for luggage. Additional amenities may be PA systems and outlets.

I called 3 or 4 companies and felt good about this one. The lady I talked to was super nice and helpful. I asked for their most requested driver to take my girlfriends and I to a Backstreet Boys concert. His name was Zack and he was awesome! He made the trip perfect and so fun for us! He took us to the front of the venue and we skipped the busy parking and long line! I totally recommend this company!.
Our driver Jeremy was amazing! We reserved the Mercedes bus for 12 hours for my mom’s 60th birthday. We had an wonderful time. Visited a few wineries and went to a few scenic look out points in Sedona. Jeremy went above and beyond recommending places and putting up with our shenanigans! John the owner is great as well. I used Bigelow Limousine Services for my birthday this year and would absolute choose them again in the future. Everything was perfect! We took a party bus up to the vineyards with multiple pickup locations and multiple stops. The driver, Jeremy, was absolutely outstanding. He was on time and professional and organized and polite and I didn’t have to worry about a single thing. I tend to stress out about scheduling and timing in these situations, but his excellent communication kept me stress free and allowed me to enjoy my day. I would absolutely recommend this company and will definitely.
I had a group of 16 guys golfing (and drinking), and Bigelow Limousine Service really took care of us. We had a great driver in John for all of our trips. He was on-time, very positive and extremely accommodating. We are not the easiest group at times, but he was top-notch.
