We had a great experience it was a group of 11 and did the Mercedes Sprinter Limo. Zack was our driver and he arrived 10 mins early perfect timing and he was very communicative and responded to texts lightning fast. It was really easy to book and Zack was awesome and fun.

I called 3 or 4 companies and felt good about this one. The lady I talked to was super nice and helpful. I asked for their most requested driver to take my girlfriends and I to a Backstreet Boys concert. His name was Zack and he was awesome! He made the trip perfect and so fun for us! He took us to the front of the venue and we skipped the busy parking and long line! I totally recommend this company!
Our driver Jeremy was amazing! We reserved the Mercedes bus for 12 hours for my mom’s 60th birthday. We had an wonderful time. Visited a few wineries and went to a few scenic look out points in Sedona. Jeremy went above and beyond recommending places and putting up with our shenanigans! John the owner is great as well. Very responsive and patient in answering all my questions. Thanks for making this day unforgettable!!!
I used Bigelow Limousine Services for my birthday this year and would absolute choose them again in the future. Everything was perfect! We took a party bus up to the vineyards with multiple pickup locations and multiple stops. The driver, Jeremy, was absolutely outstanding. He was on time and professional and organized and polite and I didn’t have to worry about a single thing. I tend to stress out about scheduling and timing in these situations, but his excellent communication kept me stress free and allowed me to enjoy my day. I would absolutely recommend this company and will definitely use them (and request Jeremy) the next time.
I had a group of 16 guys golfing (and drinking), and Bigelow Limousine Service really took care of us. We had a great driver in John for all of our trips. He was on-time, very positive and extremely accommodating. We are not the easiest group at times, but he was top-notch. I have dealt with drivers and driving companies all over the US and Canada and this was one of the top ones by far. If you are looking for a professional & fun limo service, THIS is your company! We used Bigelow for our girl’s bachelorette weekend and they were simply outstanding. From booking, to everything in between, John and his team gave us top notch customer service. The party bus was definitely the highlight of our trip. I’m so glad we used them, as it was nice not to have to worry about ubers, parking, & gas etc. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Thanks John and team!
We highly recommend Bigelow Limousine Service! Our driver Laurie was the best! She was professional, on time, very nice, and went the extra mile to make our experience perfect. (Make sure to specifically ask for her!) The price was right, the sprinter was great, and Joanna, the owner, was so easy to work with. We will always use Bigelow Limousine Service when we need driving services!
We rented a party bus for a Bachelorette party of 15 girls & we had a fantastic experience. John was in constant communication via text, which was helpful. Even when I booked over the phone, customer service was excellent. The bus was clean and the driver was friendly and accommodating. Overall we had a great experience and I would recommend Bigelow!
We used Bigelow for my daughter’s wedding. We had a limo pick up the bridal party and a shuttle bus transport our wedding guests. The vehicles were top quality and the drivers on time (to the minute!) and very professional. They kept me updated with texts including the mobile number of the driver in case we needed it. Recommend highly.
Wow what a great company. We had excellent service from the moment we arrived in Arizona for our girls weekend. Extremely professional, clean and affordable for our large group of 14 women.
