Rather head straight to the show? It’s all up to you! You are welcome to bring your drinks of choice on the limousine or party bus rental. We’ll have the vehicle stocked with water and ice.
There are two ways to book a party bus for a concert. We can do point-to-point transfers (one-way direct trips at specific times), or an hourly charter. A transfer might be a good option if you are going to Chase Field or Arizona Federal Theatre downtown. Other venues require hourly charters due to distance and traffic congestion – for larger events, inbound roads are often closed at the end of the evening to facilitate everyone leaving at once. This practice prevents our vehicles from getting back into the venue for a return transfer – therefore, an hourly charter must be booked so the vehicle can stay on the location site for the duration of your event. One bonus to an hourly charter: you can leave your personal items in the vehicle! If you have a cooler for additional drinks, that remains on board for your trip home. For transfers, you have to take all your items with you when exiting the vehicle.

When to Book
Fridays and Saturdays sell out very quickly! It’s recommended you reserve your party bus as soon as possible! A 25% deposit blocks your party bus of choice off the schedule. The remaining balance is charged to the card on file 10 days prior to your trip.
