Things to know when reserving a Phoenix Party Bus
Phoenix is a large area – while we are centrally located, depending on where you live in Phoenix, you may see travel charges added to your party bus rental if your pick up or drop off area is outside our 15 mile radius. Areas like far north Phoenix, far west Phoenix, or south of Laveen like Laveen Estates may see travel charges added. These are typically minimal and we are happy to service the outlying areas!
Areas in central Phoenix / Scottsdale / Tempe are at standard rates – no additional travel applies for pick up or drop off addresses in this area.
How to book your Party Bus
There are two options – point to point transfers or hourly charters. Point to point transfers are direct one way trips. These are great from airport to hotel or home to golf course. Hourly charters are best for events with multiple stops like a birthday bar crawl or a bachelorette night out. We often do hourly charters for sports games or concerts. It’s difficult to predict when events in Phoenix will end so it’s best to have the party bus waiting for you then have to guess an exact end time for the return transfer.
Point to point transfers are at a higher rate. Hourly charters are on a sliding scale – the more hours you book, the less you pay per hour. In some case like a 4 hour dinner, you’ll see savings doing an hourly charter vs transfers.
