Guest Transportation
Are you planning to assist guests with wedding transportation? In our experience, we see most guests stay at hotels in the Downtown Phoenix area when attending weddings at Venue at the Grove. We recommend our executive coaches available from 13 to 50 passenger capacity. We can do roundtrip point to point transfers pre- and post-wedding, or a 2-hour charter available for shuttling or stopping at multiple hotels. Often, we see transfers to the ceremony to transport all guests at once and a few hours of shuttling after the reception. This option is perfect if you anticipate some guests wanting to leave earlier than others – there will be a shuttle available at different times for different groups of guests.
After the Wedding
When the wedding wraps up, are you planning an after party for the bridal party? This is a great add on! A 4-hour charter, leaving Venue at the Grove in our larger party buses, hitting bars in Downtown Phoenix or Old Town Scottsdale area with a final drop off at the hotels. With the hourly charter, you can direct the driver to make multiple stops, leave belongings on the bus while at celebratory stops, and drop-off at multiple locations if needed.

How to Book
Once you know your transportation needs for your wedding at Venue at the Grove, reach out for your custom quote. Keep in mind Saturday dates, especially in Spring and Fall or over holidays, are very popular and book well in advance. A 25% non-refundable deposit blocks your party bus of choice off the schedule. The remaining balance is charged to the card on file 10 days prior to your trip.
