We used Bigelow services for my bachelorette party. They picked us up at my house in the east valley and drove us to Sedona for a day out of the heat and to enjoy some wine tasting.
They were in contact with me days prior and were extremely kind and professional. They answered all our questions and went through the booking with me step by step.
A day or two prior to the event our driver Melanie reached out. She was OUTSTANDING! I really can’t find words to describe how great she truly was. She had no problem stopping for us, I don’t even think any of us touched the door handle the entire time. She went to the places we wanted and was so prompt when we were ready to head out to the next spot. She was so bubbly and sooo nice. Because of her we had the BEST day ever.
