We rented a party bus for a Bachelorette party of 15 girls & we had a fantastic experience. John was in constant communication via text, which was helpful. Even when I booked over the phone, customer service was excellent. The bus was clean and the driver was friendly and accommodating. Overall we had a great experience and I would recommend Bigelow!
We used Bigelow for my daughter’s wedding. We had a limo pick up the bridal party and a shuttle bus transport our wedding guests. The vehicles were top quality and the drivers on time (to the minute!) and very professional. They kept me updated with texts including the mobile number of the driver in case we needed it. Recommend highly.
Wow what a great company. We had excellent service from the moment we arrived in Arizona for our girls weekend. Extremely professional, clean and affordable for our large group of 14 women. Had an amazing time! Well worth the ride and out driver, Jeremy gave us a ride to South Mountain, which was my first time ever going. Took some beautiful photos! Jeremy gave us an idea for this amazing Urban Sushi Restaurant called, “KAIZEN” and the food was delicious too! What a fantastic way to spend our Valentine’s Day! Thank you!
