I never leave reviews, in fact, I think this is my first one but a review is necessary. We used Bigelow Limousine for 3 nights of our trip and I cannot speak highly enough for multiple reasons. First, they are so flexible and Joanna was incredibly easy to work with in scheduling and rearranging our rides. Second, their prices are so reasonable. We booked prior to inflation and they kept the same prices for us. For any bachelorette party looking at this post, highly consider this option, much cheaper per person than any XL ride shares I had looked at. Third, Jeremey and Lee were legit amazing. They were always available, on time, and genuinely good people. Request them! They went out of their way to make us feel comfortable and have a great experience..

This is a fantastic company. Extremely responsive, friendly, and professional. I asked for a bunch of different quotes for different bus sizes and varying times and they were so helpful throughout the process. We had such a fun party bus experience. The bus was clean and our driver, Brian, was the best! He was so nice, friendly, and very fun. I highly recommend this company (and ask for Brian!)..

Brian was an excellent driver. He took us from Scottsdale to Sedona, fully equipped with ice and drinks for the drive. He recommended a great spot to stop for a quick break, all the while keeping us on or ahead of schedule. Our 3 winery tour was well planned and Brian suggested an even better end to our tour than we had planned. Any future travel plans I have in Arizona will surely include Brian's fabulous driving skills..

We used Bigelow services for my bachelorette party. They picked us up at my house in the east valley and drove us to Sedona for a day out of the heat and to enjoy some wine tasting. They were in contact with me days prior and were extremely kind and professional. They answered all our questions and went through the booking with me step by step. A day or two prior to the event our driver Melanie reached out. She was OUTSTANDING! I really can’t find words to describe how great she truly was. She had no problem stopping for us, I don’t even think any of us touched the door handle the entire time. She went to the places we wanted and was so prompt when we were ready to head out to the next spot. She was so bubbly and sooo nice. Because of her we had the BEST day.

I rented a party bus for a girls daytrip to the wineries in up in Sedona, and had a fantastic experience with Bigelow Limousine. John was right on time, gave great recommendations based on his personal experience, and overall so friendly and easy to work with. The bus was so clean and he even went to clean the bus while we were at the wineries. The customer service was top of the line. I highly recommend Bigelow Limousine!.

We hired Bigelow Limousine for my 27th birthday party this past Sunday and they absolutely exceeded my expectations. They were extremely communicative and the planning process was a breeze.
